Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Hacking Demand ("we," "us," or "our") operates hackingdemand.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form (for example, to book a call, request a deal, or subscribe), we collect the details you provide such as your name, email address, company, and any message content.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see below).

Deal and cashback participation. If you claim a marketplace deal or cashback offer, we collect the information needed to verify eligibility and process any payment, such as your email and proof of purchase details you submit.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and tags, including Google Tag Manager and analytics tools, to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. We honor applicable opt-out signals where required.

Affiliate links and disclosure

The Site contains affiliate links. If you click a partner link and take a qualifying action, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate networks (such as PartnerStack and Impact) may set cookies to attribute referrals. Our reviews and rankings reflect our own assessment and are not dictated by commission rates.

How we use your information

We use information to respond to your inquiries and deliver requested services; to send you updates, offers, and content you have asked for; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to process deal and cashback verification and payments; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, HubSpot for CRM and forms, Google for analytics, and affiliate networks for referral attribution), and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing (including under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR). To exercise any right, email us at hello@hackingdemand.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Effective date" above will be updated accordingly.
