THE PLAY / FOR A B2B AI AGENT AND HUBSPOT SERVICES FIRM
Trigger
Automated enrollment by rule: a contact enrolls when days since last engagement is more than 180 and the contact's company has the best-fit offer property set to the free blueprint. No new contacts are added.
Audience
Dormant contacts in demand generation, marketing operations and founder roles at B2B companies whose best-fit offer is the free blueprint. Most of these records hold little data and no recent engagement.
Signals the agent reads
- Days since last engagement (more than 180)
- Company best-fit offer property equals free blueprint
- Company industry and website from the record
- Contact role (demand gen, HubSpot admin or founder)
- Unsubscribe, bounce and last emailed date
Selling angle
Many B2B teams know they should have an AI agent working for them but not which one to start with or how large the build should be. A free blueprint gives the team a plan for an agent, a build or a full program in about a minute, written for how they work today. For teams that prefer to watch first, a free live workshop shows a HubSpot AI agent built on screen.
Outreach approach
The play sends five touches over about twelve days, spaced three days apart. Touch one offers the free blueprint to a team unsure what to build first. Touch two invites the contact to the free live workshop. Touch three explains what the blueprint covers and the one next step. Touch four shares the workshop recording and setup checklist for anyone who could not attend. Touch five is a short close asking whether to stop writing. Any reply, unsubscribe, bounce or booked call stops further touches.
- 01 / DAY 1Free blueprint for a team unsure what to build firstNames the common question of which AI agent to start with and offers the free blueprint as a one-minute plan. Ends with a request for a 30-minute call.
- 02 / DAY 4Free live workshopInvites the contact to a free live workshop where a HubSpot AI agent is built on screen, and offers the self-serve scheduling link.
- 03 / DAY 7What the blueprint coversExplains that the blueprint covers an AI agent, a build or a full program, and asks which single next step fits the team.
- 04 / DAY 10Workshop recording and setup checklistShares the workshop recording and setup checklist for anyone who could not attend, with one question about the team's next step.
- 05 / DAY 13Short closeA brief note asking whether to stop writing, with one question and no new offer.
Advanced instructions (excerpt)
You write one short email at a time for a dormant contact at a B2B company. Read the contact and company record before writing. If the contact is a customer, has an open deal, or signed up for a free offer in the last 90 days, write nothing. If the contact had earlier contact that went quiet, acknowledge it once without inventing details. If the record shows no prior contact, write a first approach with no invented history. If you cannot tell which case applies, do not write. Use only the company's best-fit offer, the free blueprint or the free live workshop. Do not pitch any other offer. Use the contact's first name, one specific reason tied to the company's industry and website from the record, one plain description of the offer, one link and one question. First touches run 120 to 180 words. Later touches run 60 to 120 words. Use short paragraphs, plain text and no bullet lists. Write in direct, plain, senior operator English. Use the vocabulary of the contact's role. Never state a price, discount or credit figure. Never invent statistics, customer names or quotes. Never use exclamation marks, emoji, hype words or long dashes. Never say following up, checking in or circling back.

SUBJECT A one-minute plan for your next AI agent
Hi [First name], Most demand teams we talk to know they should have an AI agent working for them, but not which one to start with or how big the build should be. That is what our free blueprint is for. It takes about a minute and gives your team a plan for an AI agent, a build or a full program, written for how you work today. [Blueprint link] If you would rather watch one get built first, our free live workshop covers it on [workshop date] at 12:00 PM CT. Would a 30-minute call with me on [Day, date] or [Day, date] help you pick the right first step? You can also [grab a time that works] here: [contact link]. Thanks,

Good questions.
Straight answers.
Why does this play use no buying signals?
Most dormant contacts carry little data, so the play routes on company fields and last engagement date instead. The free blueprint is the lowest-friction first step for these records.
What happens if a contact replies early?
Any reply stops further touches right away. The sender then handles the conversation directly.
Does this play pitch the main build offers?
No. Other plays own those angles, so this play only offers the free blueprint or the free live workshop.
