Amplemarket shipped a native CRM Enrichment feature, announced to partners on November 2, 2026. It fills in and refreshes your CRM records with the same verified data its users already prospect with, so new leads arrive outreach-ready and stale titles get corrected on a schedule. You get credit caps before every run, field-level control over what gets overwritten, and a revert button if a run goes wrong. Here is how it works, what it costs in credits, and how to decide whether it replaces a standalone enrichment vendor, as of November 2026.
What is Amplemarket CRM Enrichment?
Until now, keeping CRM records current with Amplemarket data meant a Zapier workaround or API scripts. The new feature runs inside the platform. Per Amplemarket's CRM Enrichment page, there are two modes:
- Instant enrichment: every new record created in your CRM gets available contact and company details within minutes of creation. Inbound leads that land with nothing but an email address get a title, company and phone data before a rep touches them.
- Scheduled refresh: pick a cadence once (every few days, weeks or months) and titles and companies stay current without anyone running cleanup projects.
Large runs go through Salesforce's bulk API, so they stay light on your API limits, and the runs follow your existing field mapping and permissions.
How do you set it up?
The setup flow documented as of November 2026 covers Salesforce. The steps:
- Connect your CRM to Amplemarket (the standard integration; admins have access to CRM Enrichment by default and can grant it to other roles).
- Choose when to enrich: instant for new records, a schedule for existing ones, or both.
- Choose which records are in scope, then which fields.
- Check the estimated credit use the tool shows before launch, and set a credit limit for the run.
- Launch, then read the run report: every run shows what was enriched, what was missed and what was skipped.
Two safety nets matter for anyone who has been burned by bulk updates before. First, your CRM field mappings control whether Amplemarket replaces existing values or only fills fields that are empty, per field. Second, you can revert a run while preserving any fields your team edited after it ran. Credits spent on a reverted run are not returned, so the pre-run estimate and cap are the controls to actually use.
What does it cost in credits?
Company data costs nothing to enrich. Credits are only used when Amplemarket finds new contact details, and unmatched records cost nothing. That pricing shape means a first scheduled refresh across a big database is cheaper than it looks: most of the churn in a CRM is company and title drift, which is free to fix here. The per-run cap keeps the contact-detail spend predictable, and record-level run detail is kept for 90 days if you need to audit what changed.
Does it work with HubSpot?
Amplemarket's data enrichment page names both Salesforce and HubSpot records, but the CRM Enrichment setup walkthrough published so far covers Salesforce, and the partner announcement describes the Salesforce integration specifically. If you run HubSpot, confirm availability with Amplemarket before you plan a rollout on it. And if your HubSpot portal's data problem is bigger than missing titles (duplicate records, broken lifecycle stages, dead automation), enrichment will not fix that; that is a RevOps cleanup problem.
Should it replace your standalone enrichment vendor?
If your reps already prospect in Amplemarket, the case is simple: the same data now keeps the CRM current, so you drop a second vendor, a second contract and a second credit balance. We covered the platform's strengths and limits in our Amplemarket review. If you are not an Amplemarket customer, this feature alone is probably not the reason to switch; dedicated enrichment tools exist precisely because they are CRM-agnostic. But if you were already evaluating it for outbound, native enrichment plus AI prospecting from one dataset is a real consolidation argument.
Frequently asked questions
Is Amplemarket CRM Enrichment free?
Company data enrichment uses no credits. Contact enrichment uses credits only when new contact details are found. There is no separate per-record fee, but credits come from your plan's balance, so set a cap per run.
Can you undo an enrichment run?
Yes. You can revert a run, and fields your team edited after the run are preserved. Credits used by the run are not returned.
Will it overwrite data my reps entered?
Only if you tell it to. Field mappings control, per field, whether Amplemarket keeps the value current or only fills it when the field is empty.
Which CRMs does it support?
The documented setup is Salesforce as of November 2026. Amplemarket's site also names HubSpot records on its data enrichment page; confirm with them before planning a HubSpot rollout.
If your CRM is full of half-empty records and nobody owns the cleanup, enrichment is step two, not step one. Start with our RevOps cleanup and HubSpot admin service and we will get the foundation right first.
