How much does HubSpot cost in 2026, dark hero with price tag and dollar motif

HubSpot's core CRM is free forever. Paid plans start at $7 per seat per month on annual billing, the serious spend begins at Marketing Hub Professional ($800 a month plus a mandatory $3,000 onboarding fee), and Marketing Hub Enterprise runs $3,600 a month plus $7,000 onboarding. Every number in this guide was verified against HubSpot's published pricing pages on July 13, 2026. And July brought real pricing news: Commerce Hub has been renamed Revenue Hub with a launch discount attached, and the Prospecting Agent is now available on every paid portal.

How much does HubSpot cost in 2026?

HubSpot prices each hub in tiers, with seats as the main unit. Here is the current lineup at annual billing:

  • Free tools: $0. Core CRM, email, forms, and meeting scheduling for up to 2 users. No credit card required.
  • Starter: from $7 per seat per month (about $20 month to month). The Starter Customer Platform bundles the Starter tier of every hub at that price, which is one of the best entry deals in SaaS right now.
  • Marketing Hub Professional: $800 a month annual ($890 monthly), including 3 core seats, 2,000 marketing contacts, and 3,000 HubSpot credits. Extra core seats start at $45 a month.
  • Marketing Hub Enterprise: $3,600 a month, including 5 core seats, 10,000 marketing contacts, and 5,000 credits. Extra seats from $75 a month.
  • Sales Hub Professional: $90 per seat per month annual ($100 monthly). Sales Hub Enterprise: $150 per seat per month.

We keep a running breakdown, including Breeze agent economics and the discounts we can negotiate, on our HubSpot pricing and deals page.

What changed in HubSpot pricing in July 2026?

Three things worth your attention this month:

1. Commerce Hub is now Revenue Hub. Everything carried forward (quoting, invoicing, subscription billing, payments), and HubSpot added automated sales tax on quotes, locked quote templates, buy now pay later at checkout, and working capital financing. To push adoption, HubSpot is running a launch promo: buy Sales Hub and get Revenue Hub Professional for $57 per seat per month (list $95) or Enterprise for $98 (list $140) on annual billing. If quote to cash inside the CRM is on your roadmap, this is the cheapest entry point Revenue Hub has had.

2. Prospecting Agent is available to every paid portal. It was previously limited to select accounts. Any paid HubSpot subscription can now turn it on, and it picked up a Seamless integration for sourcing net-new contacts. We covered how it works in our breakdown of the HubSpot Prospecting Agent and Seamless integration.

3. The data sharing scare is over. HubSpot walked back the terms of service changes it announced July 1. If you missed that episode, here is what to check in your portal after the reversal.

What hidden costs should you budget for?

The sticker price is rarely what you pay. Budget for three extras:

  • Mandatory onboarding fees. One time, non negotiable on Pro and Enterprise: $3,000 (Marketing Pro), $7,000 (Marketing Enterprise), $1,500 (Sales or Service Pro), $3,500 (Sales or Service Enterprise). A partner led onboarding can often replace HubSpot's own fee and deliver more, which is worth asking about before you sign.
  • Marketing contact tiers. Starter includes 1,000 marketing contacts, Professional 2,000, Enterprise 10,000. Past that you buy contact blocks, and a growing database quietly becomes the biggest line item on renewal. Non marketing contacts are free up to 15 million.
  • AI credits. Breeze agents burn credits per outcome, detailed below.

How do HubSpot AI credits work?

Since April 2026, Breeze agents are priced on outcomes. Credits cost about $10 per 1,000 (roughly $9 on annual commitment), and agents spend them only when they complete a task: about 50 credits per support conversation the Customer Agent resolves, and about 100 credits per lead the Prospecting Agent recommends. Plans include a starting allowance of 500 credits on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, and 5,000 on Enterprise.

At real usage volumes the credit bill can pass the license bill. A portal auto resolving 2,000 tickets and sourcing 1,000 leads a month burns around 200,000 credits, about $2,000 at list price. Credit packages are negotiable, and as a HubSpot AI agent build partner we have historically gotten clients 20 to 30 percent off list as part of a customer agent build.

Is HubSpot worth it for a demand gen team?

The free tier and Starter are outstanding value. The pain is the roughly 5x jump from Starter to Professional, plus onboarding. Our rule: stay on Starter until you are blocked on automation, reporting, or contact scoring at least weekly, then move to Pro and make the seats earn their keep. And price the whole stack, not just the CRM: see what you would actually pay for Apollo.io in 2026 and UpLead in 2026, and browse negotiated discounts on 100+ B2B tools in the Discount Marketplace.

If you are staring at a HubSpot quote and are not sure which tier, seats, or credits you actually need, talk to an expert. It is free and we will tell you if the cheaper tier is enough.
