Until now it could only work the contacts already sitting in your CRM. Now it can find the missing decision-makers at accounts you already care about, then enroll them in outreach without anyone leaving HubSpot.

This lands in a year where HubSpot has been pushing hard on agents across the platform, from Breeze Customer Agent to the spring 2026 wave of AEO and agent updates. The direction is clear: HubSpot wants the prospecting loop, from signal to send, happening inside its walls.
Because "right account, no contacts" is where most signal-based outbound quietly dies. Your intent tool flags an account, your rep opens the CRM, finds one stale contact from 2023, and the play stalls. With two-thirds of B2B buying committees now at six or more stakeholders, covering one champion per account was never going to be enough anyway.

It is HubSpot's AI agent that researches target accounts, drafts personalized outreach, and manages follow-up inside HubSpot Sales. With the July 2026 Seamless integration, it can now also source net-new contacts at target accounts instead of working only from contacts already in your CRM.
Contact sourcing through the integration requires HubSpot Credits, HubSpot's usage-based currency for AI features, on top of your existing Seamless and HubSpot subscriptions. Budget for credit consumption and set caps before you turn the agent loose.
Per the announcement, the integration is built with data isolation so Seamless data stays separated and is blocked from entering HubSpot's commercial dataset. Your sourced contacts land in your portal for your use.
