The catch, per Google's own availability documentation: most of the confirmed connections are US only, English only, and personal Google accounts only. Mostly no, and this is the story inside the story. Google's availability table, as documented the day after launch, lists the confirmed Airtable and Linear entries as personal accounts only, 18+, US only, English only. monday.com is the only new productivity app confirmed for work and school accounts. Entries for PandaDoc, Zoho, Adobe and a few others had not yet been published.

What does it cost, and what is the Keep Activity catch?

The connections themselves carry no listed subscription requirement in chat. Two conditions apply anyway. First, Connected Apps do not work on the web or iOS unless the Keep Activity setting is on, which controls whether Google saves your Gemini activity. Second, Gemini Spark, the agent mode that keeps working on a task in the background, has required a personal account plus Google AI Pro at 19.99 dollars a month or Ultra at 99.99, per PPC Land's reporting on Google's support pages.
